Last week I had the privilege of teaching a week-long Pro Vita course at the Berkshire School, working with an inspiring group of students focused on how to launch purpose-driven initiatives and foundations. Their ideas, compassion, and commitment to making a difference reminded me how powerful the next generation truly is. It was a beautiful week of learning, sharing, and imagining what is possible when we lead heart first.

Stepping into the Studio

This week brings another milestone — I am heading into the studio to record the audiobook for Reimagining Grief. Speaking these words aloud feels deeply meaningful, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share this journey in another way.

Veronica Beard Gives Back

And I am incredibly grateful to share that Veronica Beard Gives Back will once again support Penny’s Flight Foundation — the fourth year in a row. Through their Gives Back initiative, stores in the U.S., London, Toronto, and Montreal will be supporting Penny’s Flight throughout April and May.

A heartfelt thank you to the many co-hosts helping bring these gatherings together. More details on these events will be coming soon.

Looking ahead, I am also working on spring workshops for April in different cities, continuing conversations around movement, connection, and purpose as tools for navigating life’s challenges.
