Dear Friends,

Coming off a week of movement, connection, and purpose traveling, showing up, and feeling the power of this community in every room. From city to city, event to event, what stays with me most is the connection the stories shared, the hugs, the reminders that we are never meant to do this alone.

And in the middle of it all the signs. 🦋

Butterflies showing up in the most unexpected places.
A license plate that stopped me in my tracks.

That quiet but powerful reminder: faith over fear. Not just a mantra but a choice.

A way forward. Knowing that our loved ones are still with us  guiding us, nudging us, reminding us to keep going heart first.

Looking ahead

I’ll be at the Veronica Beard Manhasset store this Tuesday, and would love to see you there. These gatherings continue to mean so much bringing people together to spread wings and shine a light for Penny’s Flight. 🦋

And I’m especially excited for what’s ahead

On May 13, I’ll be hosting a beautiful media gathering at my dear friend Darcy Miller’s studio—such a special space to bring this next chapter to life. Feeling deeply grateful and energized for what’s unfolding.
