On the road with a full heart 🦋

Dear Friends,

I’m heading into this week with a full heart and so much excitement. April is filled with meaningful travel, including Veronica Beard in-store events supporting Penny’s Flight, and workshops centered on what I believe in most:

Connection. Movement. Purpose.

There is something really powerful about stepping out of our everyday lives and into shared spaces to move energy, connect deeply, and remind each other we are not alone.

Kicking Off in SoHo

This week begins at the Veronica Beard SoHo store, surrounded by an incredible community coming together to spread wings and shine a light on Penny’s Flight. I am so grateful for the support.

Middleburg, Virginia

Next stop: Middleburg, VA for a speaking engagement and workshop with old and new friends. A space to come together to reflect, connect, and move through what we carry.

Denver with Henry & Friends

And I’ll close out the week in Denver, with my oldest son, Henry and friends, for another Veronica Beard event supporting Penny’s Flight.

Different places. Same mission: To connect. To move. To keep going heart first.
