My anchor while traveling + a week full of connection 🤍🦋

Dear Friends,

No matter where I am in the world, I come back to the same foundation: routine.

Travel can be exhilarating, but also draining. Having a few simple anchors keeps me grounded, connected, and able to show up heart first.

For me, it’s:

• A good night’s sleep

• A liter of water first thing

• My greens from Sara Wragge

• Writing down three things I’m grateful for

• Setting my intention for the day

• And moving my body even just a few minutes (5 moves in 5 minutes) 

It doesn’t have to be big.
But it makes all the difference.

A Full Week, A Full Heart 🤍

Last week was filled with the kind of connection that reminds me why I do this work.

From the beautiful energy at the SoHo store, to a heartfelt book talk and workshop in Upperville, Virginia, to another meaningful in-store event in Denver…

I’m so grateful for every conversation, every hug, every moment of shared strength and openness.

This is what it’s all about movement, connection, and purpose.

What’s Ahead ✨

We’re heading into another busy and beautiful week with more Veronica Beard Gives Back to Penny’s Flight events:

• Georgetown

• A fireside chat at the Bethesda store with a special group from Blackstone.

• And then to Madison Avenue with one of my favorite stylists, Michelle McCool, who is co-hosting with me 🤍

These gatherings continue to inspire me bringing people together, opening conversations, and turning connection into impact.

This one feels incredibly special as Norah is an old and very dear friend and I respect her tremendously.
