Holding Both Joy and Grief This Holiday Season ☀️

A Soft Landing for the Holidays

Dear Friends,

As we head into Thanksgiving and the full sweep of the holidays, I’ve been thinking a lot about how this season can hold both light and heaviness. Joy and grief. Celebration and overwhelm. And how important it is to give ourselves tools, and community, to move through it all with intention.

Here are the three practices I’m leaning into this season:

  1. Movement
Even five minutes can shift your energy. A walk, a stretch, a bounce, anything that brings breath and clarity back into your body.

  2. Connection
Reach out to your sunshine people. The ones who lift you, steady you, and remind you that you don’t have to hold everything alone.

  3. Purpose
Do one small thing that brings meaning into your day, an act of kindness, giving back, honoring someone you love. Purpose grounds us.

As always, I am so deeply grateful for this community, for the way you show up, for the way you carry Penny’s light, and for the compassion you extend to one another. You are the heart of all of this.

If you’re craving a reset or a moment to breathe, I’d love for you to join me for my next workshop:

Rise & Reimagine:
Connection Through the Holidays

We’ll move, reflect, reconnect, and create space for both joy and the emotions that inevitably surface this time of year.

Virtual Workshop
Sunday, December 7th, 5-7PM EST on Zoom

Wishing you a grounded, heart-first Thanksgiving, and the reminder that you’re not alone in any of this.

With love and gratitude,
