A New Way to Join Me 🦋 Facing Life’s Challenges & Loss

My new virtual workshop series begins this Sunday—and you can join for one, two, or all three.

Over the past few months, through book talks, workshops and conversations on the road, one thing has become even clearer to me: we all face challenge, change and loss and we need real tools to help us move through it.

I also know I can’t reach everyone in person. So I’m excited to launch Facing Life’s Challenges & Loss, a new three-part virtual workshop series beginning this Sunday, October 4 at 7 PM ET.

THE SERIES

These workshops will give us the space to go deeper not just talking about what we face, but putting tools into practice that can help us navigate uncertainty, protect our energy, build resilience and reimagine what’s next.

The series is designed as three workshops that build on one another, but you can join me for one, two, or all three, whatever works for you.

And as we head toward the holidays, a time of year that can hold so much joy, but can also magnify grief, change and difficult transitions I hope these conversations offer a place for connection, reflection and a way forward.

October 4: Finding Your Footing — Tools for Navigating Uncertainty
November 8: Protecting Your Energy — Building Resilience in Everyday Life
December 6: Reimagining What’s Next — From Challenge to Growth & Joy

All three are virtual at 7 PM ET.

I’m also looking forward to a full week ahead:

A special book talk at Belmont Park Village in conversation with Gigi Stone, alongside a Jane Win jewelry event benefiting Penny’s Flight Foundation; Veronica Beard Gives Back events in Philadelphia on Wednesday and Princeton on Thursday; and a book talk in Wilmington, Delaware.

So grateful to continue taking these conversations on the road and now, online so we can reach even more people who may need them. Please share the workshop series with someone you think could benefit. 🦋

It’s not about avoiding life’s challenges. It’s about giving ourselves the tools to keep moving forward.

With gratitude and love,

Kate
