Hi Friends,

It’s hard to believe we are officially just THREE weeks away from the launch of Reimagining Grief and my conversation with Norah O’Donnell at 92nd Street Y on June 16th. 🦋

What started as pain I never imagined surviving has turned into a journey rooted in movement, connection, purpose, and hope, and I am beyond grateful for all of you who have been walking beside me as this book prepares to take flight.

Reimagining Grief is an invitation to move through loss differently. To honor the people we love by continuing to live, love, connect, and spread wings in their name. It’s not about “moving on.” It’s about learning how to carry grief while still choosing joy, purpose, and life.

Next week, I’m excited for several beautiful events and conversations:

🦋 Tuesday, June 2nd: A special book talk at the Jane Win Showroom in Wayne, PA hosted alongside an incredible group of women and friends. We’ll gather for conversation, connection, and community, with proceeds supporting Penny’s Flight Foundation.

🦋 Wednesday, June 3rd: Joining the inspiring panel at Talk To Me Greenwich hosted by MorphMom at Boll & Branch in Greenwich. A morning centered around storytelling, inspiration, and the reminder that every woman has a story worth sharing.

🦋  Thursday, June 4th: Looking forward to a special event supporting Penny’s Flight Foundation at the LoveShackFancy Manhasset store, where a percentage of proceeds will benefit PFF and continue helping us fund critical research, connection, and hope for so many families.

As this countdown continues, I keep thinking about the butterfly effect of connection, how one conversation, one shared story, one moment of reaching out can truly change someone’s life.
