This past weekend, we had our family together for Easter, and my heart is so full. 🦋

A full house. A full heart.

Those moments being surrounded by the people we love most are everything. They ground us, remind us what matters, and carry us forward.

Just before Easter, I had the honor of leading a workshop in Princeton with an incredible group of women. The openness, the movement, and the connection it is a reminder that we are not meant to do any of this alone.
